I use it over roasted vegetables or on top of a wrap.
INGREDIENTS
- I can of cannellini beans
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds 9soaked for 1-2 hours)
- ½ cup water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- ½ a lemon juiced
- 1 tsp. salt
- a pinch of turmeric
- a pinch pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a high- speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
