Our recipes are all designed and based in an easy meal-prep format, so that you are able to cook whenever you have time.

You can also adjust batch sizes to cook one meal or
make enough for several meals or even a week.

We have been doing meal-prep and cooking like this since 2011
and find that it is a wonderful way to prepare delicious meals
that are fast and easy to get on the table when we come home.
