If you want to go easy and slowly into this new adventure, I recommend adding before subtracting!
Let me explain:
Every day add a new vegetable to your diet.
If sugar is a problem, add a fruit instead or change sugar to stevia or date paste. (recipe included) if you were drinking a lot of sodas, definitely change this to water. Drink several classes of water during the day, it also helps to reduce the hunger feeling.
Take it in small steps so that you are not frustrated and notice the small improvements in your body.
If you are gluten intolerant introduce new gluten free grains into your diet. (recommodations)
