INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cooked beets, chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tightly filled cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tightly filled cup parsley, chopped
- ¾ cup walnuts
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- 3 tsp red vine vinegar
- Himalayan pink salt
- Ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place everything in a food processor and whiz to a coarse paste.
Enjoy this is so delicious!
A great addition to a mixed salad or just simply as a snack.
