INGREDIENTS
- 2 packs extra firm tofu drained
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1tsp. turmeric
- ½ tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet tray with parchment paper.
- Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes. Put into a large bowl and mix with the oil.
- Mix cornstarch and all the spices together in a small bowl.
- Add the spices to the tofu and mix well.
- Roast or bake in the oven for 30 minutes flipping it over at halftime.
We eat this tofu as an addition to vegetables buddha bowls or simply as a snack.
