Cut onions in small pieces, dice the garlic very small, cut tomatoes in half, cut the kernels of the cob. Cut the cabbage into small slices to roast and at the same time roast the tofu. (Both recipe are in our library)
Steam the broccoli florets.
Saute onions until soft, then add the diced yellow pepper, black beans, corn, tomatoes and garlic and ¼ cup broth. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste and then the hot pepper sauce and then the rest of the broth and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Place the black bean filling on the wraps, top it with some steamed broccoli and roasted cabbage and the baked tofu.
Top with the cheese sauce. (look up the vegan cheese sauces in our library)
