Those wraps are versatile, you can use them in a sweet or savory way.
They don’t brake or bend when wrapped either. You can add salt for savory or blend spinach with it for an extra nutritional boost. Or add a squeeze of lemon juice to boost the iron absorption.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup red lentils
1 cup water
½ tsp. salt
Olive oil spray for cooking
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the lentils in water and soak for 4 hours.
Then blend until smooth in a high speed blender.
If you add spinach add it to the blender now.
Add olive oil to a pan and use approximately ¼ cup of the mix.
Spread with the spatula to thin it out into a wrap shape.
