INGREDIENTS
1cup cashews (soaked)
1 cup cauliflower (cooked)
1 pack silken tofu
2 Tbsp. Nutritional yeast
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
½ cup vegetable broth
Lemon juice
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Put everything into a blender add more vegetable broth if needed.
Use for spiralized spaghetti or over noodles.
